Nak kurus? Makan! Ya makan dan minumlah anda akn kurus tp makan makanan ini pd waktunya:Sarapan : Oat, cia seed, madu, hot greentea,apple cider
Lunch : Anything as long as based ayam, ikan and wajib ada sayur
Dinner : Ermm takde heavy dinner, cuma snacking (kiwi, tembikai, epal, betik as long buah buahan)
Air masak wajib 3-4 liter per day.
Hanya elak dan kurangkan nasi, garam,gula, minyak dan santan.
